Room in a Shared Flat, Grove Road, E3

Hi everyone

I have a single (double bed could be put in but not there at present) room available in my 2 bed apartment in mile end. Bus stops outside door are 277, D6, 425 and 339 which provides links with hackney, highbury, canary wharf and the city. 5 minute walk to the tube with district, central and hammersmith and city line and other bus routes. Local amenities include a number of coffee shops and local supermarket as well as being a 10 minute walk to the absolutely beautiful Victoria Park with the village with lovely bars and restaraunts.

You will be sharing the flat with me, a 28 year old Northern Irish Social Worker who works close by. The flat is very homely and has a large open plan living and room kitchen which has room for a flatmate's personal touches if needed. Bathroom is modern and includes and bath and shower. I am social and not in the house every night but also love time to chill out and watch films or (Email Removed After Let) spend time in my room to give person with the smaller room a bit more space. I am open to someone who needs a space through Monday - Friday or full time and able to socialise as little or as much as someone would like! I have a lovely group of friends and like to have the odd games night or football game in the afternoon but totally negotiable!
