This room is a very good size and is available to rent immediately until the contract ends on June 20th. I currently pay £220 per week (all bills included) but willing to rent it out for £200 per a week.

Room only available short term and only for students. The kitchen is shared with around 4 other people however it is very large and the rest of the flat is extremely quiet. Call me for more details as I am no longer using the room while I live at home during exams. Area where accommodation is includes everything you may wish for including local supermarkets, retail stores, cafes and a cinema. Your room is completely separate to the others and you only use the kitchen with others.
