I am leaving my university and therefore need to find someone to fill my accommodation.

1 Ensuite room available in North Lodge accommodation in London for students only. All bills are included in weekly price of £160.00 ( The normal price is usually £179 ).

The accommodation is a couple of minute walk from BCU, Aston University and a short five minute walk to the Bullring Shopping Centre. Close to Birmingham New Street Railway.

The accomodtion is conveniently situated 2 minutes walk from Tottenham Hale station. Convenient for students at UCL, City university, LSE, SOAS etc.

The room is very spacious. There is a 3/4 bed with underneath storage, wardrobe, shelves and drawers which gives you plenty of storage space.

A large desk is provided in the room with a comfy chair. This will give you plenty of space for work.

The bathroom is a comfortable size and includes a shower, toilet and sink.

The kitchen/dining area is spacious and has a large fridge and freezer. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar and sofas providing a nice communal area.

The flat is on the second floor in Block B and is shared with one girl and one boy.

The flat is very quiet and peaceful for studies.

Tenancy available till 30th August 2015.
