You will share the house with myself, I'm a 29 year old male who is very easy to live with. 
The house is of a good size, extended 3 bedroom semi-detached with benefits such as sky tv, unlimited internet, south facing garden with patio and decking area & parking....... all of which you are welcome to use.
The kitchen and living room have both been furnished recently and to a modern standard. 
I personally work long hours (leave at 6am, back around 7pm) and spend a lot of my spare time out with friends or out of Bristol so you will probably have the place to yourself a fair bit.
