The place sleeps 4 people very comfortably with a king size bed in the master bedroom and sofa bed in the second bedroom. There is ample storage like a large built-in closet in the master bedroom and several built-in cupboards in the lounge and hallway. Perfect for a long-term stay!

The sought-after Telegraph Hill neighbourhood is popular with young professionals and families as it is quiet & safe but close to Peckham and New Cross which is full of trendy restaurants, bars, pubs and art galleries. The spacious and leafy Telegraph Hill Park is just up the street and boasts amazing views over Central London and includes free tennis courts (the flat includes two rackets and *****). Within 5 minutes walk you can find a great pub, Thai restaurant, deli, cafe, butcher, fishmonger, dry cleaners and a florist.

Nunhead Rail Station is a 3 min walk from the flat, and there are frequent trains to Central London (Victoria & Blackfriars) that take 10 mins. Queens Road Peckham & Brockley (Overground stations) are both a 10 min walk away, providing excellent connections to London Bridge (8 mins) and Shoreditch (15 mins). Gatwick and City Airport are easy and fast to reach with train and Overground and even Stansted and Heathrow can be reached in easily and timely. You can park for free directly in front of the house.
