The road is very quiet, and is an 8 minute walk from Streatham Common overground station (London Bridge/Victoria) or a 15 minute walk to Streatham overground (Thameslink to Elephant & Castle, Blackfriars, City, Farringdon, St Pancras).
It’s a five minute walk to a bus stop to take you to Tooting Broadway station on the Northern Line (also walkable in 25 minutes) or to Brixton. On-street parking is free.
The rental includes council tax and all other bills including WiFi and phone line (although landline calls charges would be in addition, etc.).
