I'm renting out my one bed flat in central Chorlton, M21. Its a great space, always full of sunlight throughout the day.
The flat is on the top and 3rd floor. There are 8 other residents within the block, all friendly. It's very quiet and peaceful throughout. There is a separate bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen and entrance hall, all furnished. In the living room there is a double futon which folds out to make a guest bed.
You are 5 minutes walk from either Chorlton or St Werburgh's tram stop. Also 5 minutes walk from a supermarket. It takes me about 15 minutes to cycle into central Manchester. It's even faster by tram.
There are communal gardens at the front and back of the flats, and a private gated car park and a communal bicycle garage at the back. There is also the option of an additional private garage available for an extra £25 a month.
£675 per month does not include bills. To give you an estimate per month, when i lived there; water £22 (single person rate), electric £20-40 season depending (thats with ecotricity, a green energy supplier, but you can change to cheaper) and council tax £63 (single person rate). Internet with virgin media was between £22-28. No gas, electric only.
N.b. I took these photos from when I lived there a little over a year ago. There are tenants living in the flat at the moment, so when you come to view the property, it will look a little different as their belongs will be there. But before there is a change over of tenants, I'll ensure the flat gets a deep clean throughout.
14th March is the currently the planned move in date, but the 14th February could also be possible, happy to discuss.
