We live in a 5-bed Victorian House over 3 floors with a garden on Adys Road, borders of Peckham Rye and East Dulwich (10min walk to either these stations). It’s just off Bellenden Road and Lordship Lane, with loads of nice pubs, restaurants, grocers and veg market.

The house is a gem and very well looked after, has all the original features whilst being carefully updated. It has a new minimal kitchen with dishwasher, gas hob and eating area that overlooks the garden. There are two reception rooms with wooden floors minimal layout and lots of plants; fireplaces and French doors that open onto the back garden. Two full and modern bathrooms. Bike storage in the back yard, free on-street parking available.

Its a quiet and bright room that overlooks the garden. The previous tenant bought a new double bed and mattress and is happy to sell it on at a bargain price - it’s basically as new . Room comes with a large set of oak drawers and clothing rail.

About us_____

We’re creatively-minded female household.. a Children's Aid worker who is now an early years teacher from the North (33), designer maker from Cape Town (42), and an engineer in social and urban regeneration from the US (31).

We're sociable and often out and about for a pint/G&T, exhibitions/ talks and on occasion late nights out dancing. Although we all have our own thing going on we often try organise a meal in, pub outing etc. It's a quiet but active household.

About you_____

We’re looking for a female.. the type of mindset who enjoys thinking and contributing to projects for the house and garden, someone proactive, independent, super clean and happy! Preferably someone in their 30s to balance the house out.
