Here we have a spacious and fully refurbished double room in the heart of Battersea, a stone's throw from Clapham Junction station and all the amenities the area has to offer.

What with Clapham Junction being the country's busiest train station you're very well connected no matter where in the city you work. You can be in the centre of town in a matter of minutes! There's also a buzzing high street lined with shops, bars, restaurants and quirky markets.

The house consists of the main bathroom and a downstairs cloakroom to cut down on the morning rush plus the bedroom upstairs has it's own en-suite so you'll be sharing 2 bathrooms between only 3 people. There is a lovely kitchen and dining room which is fitted with desks if you like to catch up on work in a more social environment.

The house has just had a full makeover and currently consists of 3 housemates, one guy who works in property development, one guy working in Victoria and a female writer who has just moved back to the area. We are looking for another professional who is looking for somewhere to call home and have a glass of wine in the garden, not someone who just wants to spend all their time in their room.

There is a cleaner once a fortnight at an additional charge.

The room is fully furnished for move in, including a double bed and we are flexible about adding a wardrobe / chest of drawers.
