I bought the property in 2013, decorating it all myself. It is a typical Victorian terrace house in Reading, 12min walk from the Oracle, 15min walk from the Hospital or 20min walk from the Station.Groundfloor
Downstairs there is a Kitchen I installed in 2015, living room and separate dining room (though current tenants use as a bedroom).
Firstfloor
Upstairs there is 2 double bedrooms, a small bathroom which was installed in 2014 and a small single bedroom.
Garden
The garden has raised flower beds - though unfortunately the heat wave last year killed most plants so I need to re-plant! I am looking for a family or group of tenants to rent the whole house that will care for it.
Term: Minimum contact 6 months.
Furniture: The current furniture is a mix of the present tenants and my own. The double divan and single divan plus 2x chest of drawers are mine.
If you would like the house to have basic furnishing then let me know, otherwise we will leave it unfurnished but with white goods provided in the Kitchen for ease.
Bills: If requested for ease I can keep some bills in my name and transfer costs to avoid hassle with setting up I.e. new internet etc.
Pets: Allowed, please just declare them as we would need you to clean the house with a professional company before leaving the tenant. We can arrange or you can direct and provide a receipt as evidence.Parking: There are no resident permits on the road so parking is free for anyone.
