I have for rent this lovely detached garden property in close walking distance to the Central Line for easy access into London. It is also very close to the fashionable Queen’s Road Shops and Waitrose Supermarket

The property has two double bedrooms: one has an en suite with shower, and the other has a door to a small terrace which is perfect for morning coffee. There is also another bathroom with a rainfall shower over the bath. The floors are wood effect. It was newly decorated a year ago.

The property has a new resin driveway and rear car parking, as well as a garage, a decking sun terrace and a garden with shed.  

A new boiler was fitted just over a year ago, as was a new oven, and new double glazing installed to the front and side and a new front door.  The kitchen has a fridge, freezer and washing machine.  All living rooms have blinds, and there are curtain poles in the bedroom and lounge.

Our first tenant stayed for nearly 3 years until she saved up a deposit for a house because it was such a lovely place to live.

We are hoping to find a professional tenant who wants to make a home there and who will enjoy looking after the garden. So sorry but we cannot accept small children or pets due to past experiences.  Really sorry.

Rent increases are only from 1st January each year. No rent rises at any other time of year.  Maximum of 5% but usually less.
