I am the live in Landlord, I am respectful of my tenant and their privacy. My apartment is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, clean, tidy and friendly apartment rented on a single occupancy only no couples/partners, based in Old Trafford / Salford Quays with Secure Gated Parking.

I am looking for a clean and tidy respectful house mate, who is relaxed and likes to enjoy life whatever it has to offer.

I don’t run a party house that stays out at locations/venues, I like to also stay home and chill with a beer or bottle of Prosecco or wine happy to share and I like cooking also.

I am looking for a none smoker, this includes the use of E-Cigarettes and Vapour products and be Drug free.

The tenant sometimes will have the apartment to themselves as I work away sometimes and I have other commitments.

More about my apartment
The room that I have to offer has 2 x single ottoman beds or a double bed please let me know your preference. 42” flat screen TV, wardrobe and computer desk, also a laptop table and bedside light, the room has a lot of natural light as well as fitted blinds and curtains.

In the shared lounge is a 50" flat screen TV with Sky TV and Wi-Fi is installed within the property.

Location - Old Trafford/Salford Quays and Media City.

Public transport links via bus/tram to the Manchester City Centre are close by.

Access to motorways M602, M62 and M6 also close by.

Attractions nearby to my apartment, Manchester United Football Ground, Old Trafford Cricket Ground, Media City, ITV, BBC, The Lowry outlet and Theatre and the Imperial War Museum, bars, restaurants and supermarket close by.

Manchester Metropolitan University is located 10 minutes away by bus only 7 stops.

I am a full time working professional, who is easy going and like to live in a clean and tidy apartment, I like to go out and socialise, have dinner in different restaurants, I also like to relax at home watch TV/film, I like cooking, a glass or wine or beer or just a brew, I don’t operate a party house that stays in the city. I also know when people like/need their own spare.
