Location is amazing, literally 2 min walk to Old Street Tube (Northern) station with transport links to Central London, and walking distance to the City of London/Islington/Shoreditch. Despite being so central, it is really quiet as the room faces an office building and not towards the direction of the main road. There are several bus stops, supermarkets (Co-op, Tesco, Sainsbury's), gyms and shops in the vicinity and plenty of great restaurants nearby (Old Street, Farringdon, Shoreditch/Hoxton etc)

Room is bright with a lot of natural sunlight and airy, comes furnished with desk, chair, single bed, wardrobe and two drawers. Floor has just been newly wood laminated last year and the door now features a new room lock. Heater is in full working order.

There is a bathroom with separate toilet to share and plenty of storage space in the house. Kitchen is very well-equipped with pots and pans, cooker and oven, kettle, brand new microwave, brand new washing machine, etc. The flat has been well maintained and security is excellent too (need a FOB to get into the building).

There are four rooms in the house in total. We are looking for someone responsible, considerate and can clean up after themselves so we can minimise the need for intense cleaning, but also someone easy-going. We welcome students.
