It is a 15 min walk to Bank/Monument as I work there myself and walk everyday, and a 20-25 min walk to Canon Street. This apartment would be ideal for a professional working in the city.
Bills would be approximately £140 a month which includes Council Tax, Sky, Water, Electricity and Internet. 6 weeks rent deposit which will be protected under the deposit scheme.
