Hello everyone, we are three flatmates looking for a fourth person as one of the rooms it’s going to be empty soon.

The single room resides in a lovely, spacious flat conveniently located 4 minutes away from Kentish Town station. The apartment has three bedrooms, a couple lives in the en-suite, and a man lives in the other bedroom, he is the only person you will be sharing the massive bathroom with. The owners are quite laid back, and they have provided the house with all the utilities one may require, including a dryer.

The flat is always kept clean and tidy, and we expect the new tenant to respect that as well. We also don’t throw parties aside from special occasions and being all hard workers; we do like our quiet. However, we aren't grumpy either, we are very sociable and often eat together or hang out during the weekends and evenings. Summarising, we are looking for a friendly and clean professional who can enjoy good company, and respects the unspoken rules of living together.

The building is exceptionally safe, provided with an elevator, we also know most of the neighbours by now, and all of them are respectful and rather tranquil people. Close to Camden and Reagents park, and surrounded by shops and restaurants. Kentish town is very hip yet calm and safe, and it has a fantastic community, definitely the best place I’ve resided in thus far.
