Refurbished in the past couple of years, the whole house is in a (Email Removed) flooring in the double reception, carpeted upstairs; large modern kitchen, garden, upstairs bathroom, additional downstairs toilet. The bedrooms consist of a master double, a small double and a single room (which can hold a double bed, but it is a small room). The house is provided furnished; however some of the furniture in the photos will not be staying.

The 158 bus stops outside the house and takes you to Blackhorse Road tube station on the Victoria Line in about 5 minutes, or you can walk it in 15 minutes. Nearby Higham Hill Recreation Ground is great for families with children; Higham Hill Road has a Co-Op supermarket, the Warrant Officer pub and a great little coffee shop called with delicious home made cakes. Lloyd Park is a 20 minute walk away. The 158 bus also takes you towards Chingford Mount where you have huge Sainsbury's and Morrisons supermarkets.

Blackhorse Lane is a fairly busy road, but the double glazing blocks out most of the sound. Neither the bedrooms or the garden are particularly overlooked. The neighbours are friendly and quiet.
