Our current flatmate is moving out and we're looking for a new third person to complete our lovely sharing house!
House is in an excellent location:
- Rotherhithe Overground: 5 minutes walking
- Canada Water Jubilee Line: 8 minutes walking
- Buses 188, 1, 199, C10, 381: The bus stops are around the property.
- Nearby gym is free on Fridays and weekends.
Any location to central London takes about 30 minutes.
About us:
- We are two Spanish girls in our late 20's and early 30's. We are both quite busy with work (IT and Marketing fields) and sport activities. We love to travel and we are friendly and sociable. When we have the time we enjoy watching TV together and having a laugh.
We're looking for a profesional, friendly, easy going and active person but also needs to be clean and respectful.
We also enjoy parting outside but this is not a party house.
About the room:
It is furnished, landlord is flexible, except bed/wardrobe.. you can buy/bring your own furniture if you wish. The bed is ottoman style, can be lifted for more space.
£500 deposit and one month in advance (Basically when you move in).
Bills are not included, but they are always about £60-70. (You'll always have full visibility of them). Included - Gas/Electricity, Council tax, Water, Internet and a cleaner every 2 weeks.
