4 Bed Terraced House, Dawlish Road, B29

This  house was completely redecorated in 2014 with new carpets, lounge furniture and beds and we  fitted  a new boiler and shower during the summer of 2015. There is a garden at the back of the house where you can sit at thebench table when the weather is nice and also where you can dry clothes.

All 4 bedrooms have the same furniture, bed, desk,chair, wardrobe, 3 drawers, shelves, pin board, desk lamp, extension lead,mirror and waste bin. Bedding can be provided, should you wish. Thekitchen has a set of crockery, 6 x dinner plates, bowls, tea plates, mugs andcutlery. There is also a toaster, kettle and saucepans.

Water rates, internet,television and television licence are all included in the rent.

Regarding the Tenancy Agreement, this would be a joint tenancy agreement witheveryone in the house taking responsibility. The term would be for a minimum of10 months from 1st September until 30th June 2019.
