Room in a Shared Flat, Symons Close, SE15

I'm looking for a housemate to share a lovely 2 bed flat in Nunhead. The flat is really spacious and light, and has outdoor space by way of a balcony. The room's a large double with a built-in wardrobe, and comes furnished. There's a nice big kitchen with a dining table, a separate lounge with a couple of comfy couches and a large modern bathroom. The flat has loads of storage space with a large shared built-in cupboard in the hallway. It's owned by private landlady who has been fantastic to rent from. 

I'm 34, from up north and work in the charity sector. Things I love include photography, music and popping to Peckham for some dinner. Like to keep the place pretty clean and tidy.

Location is a few minutes from Nunhead station, just off the high street. Nunhead is ace and Peckham's about 10 mins away. Nearest train stations are Nunhead (5 mins walk, goes to Victoria, Blackfriars and St Pancras) and Queens Road Peckham (10 min walk, goes to London Bridge plus Overground to Shoreditch High Street and Clapham Junction). There is also a car parking space and external gates to the premises, so it feels pretty secure.
