This large corner house is a great choice for groups of 8 and as there is a living room, separate kitchen with dining facilities and separate utility room, there is plenty of space to go around. Each of the 8 bedrooms is neutrally decorated and furnished with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawers and study desk and chair. There are two bathrooms, one with a bath and overhead shower and one with a shower unit. The lounge has a bay window allowing for plenty of natural light and is furnished with enough sofas for all 8 tenants, coffee table & TV.

The modern kitchen which was fitted summer 2016 has two ovens, two hobs, two under counter fridges and a large breakfast bar with 8 bar stools. There is plenty of cupboard space and a wall mounted TV and microwave are also provided. The separate utility room is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge and two freezers, one of which is a large upright freezer. The utility room is perfect for storing items such as suitcases and sports equipment so they aren't taking up space in the bedrooms or other communal areas. The property is no more than 10 minutes away from SHU City Campus and the City Centre, there is a shared patio area to the rear and permit parking is available outside.

This house has a security alarm, double glazed windows and all bedrooms have a lock on the door.
