House share for people in full-time work only. I have 2 single rooms and a double room to rent in a shared house. The rooms are all furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, a small table and a chair. I can remove any or all of the furniture on request. There is an aerial cable in the room so you can bring your own tv and plug it in. All the rooms have their own key so each tenant can lock their door when going out. The kitchen is fully-equipped with all new appliances including a large fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and electric cooker. Brand new boiler with radiators in every room. The house itself is centrally located and the main shopping centre is only 5-10 minutes walk away. The rent is £45 per week for the single rooms and £55 for the double room. I add another £20 per week for all your bills (gas,electric,water,council tax, and 50mb broadband). I require a deposit of £300 and 1 months rent in advance on signing of the tenancy agreement. No DSS, smokers or pets.
