We have an en-suite double bedroom to rent in our recently renovated, high specification 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom, 3 floor house with direct water views onto Greenland Dock.

The Ground floor has a large open kitchen with Acacia flooring, granite surfaces, American style fridge, induction RangeMaster cooker, Siemens dishwasher, kitchen island with bar stools, Indonesian teak expandable dining table (seats 6-8) and large utility room with Siemens washing machine, Dyson vacuum cleaner and storage space. Direct access to the waterfront behind the property or communal BBQ area in front. It also has a WC and a utility room.

There are two Chinese girls living in the house at the moment. One is a local entrepreneur and the other one works in a hedge fund near Bank station.
