I have a large furnished double room available in a modern spacious house with a garden in Edgware.

The room is furnished, with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table..  

There is a modern kitchen / living area with built in oven, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer. There is a dining table and chairs and leather sofa with flat screen tv and broadband WIFI. There is a new bathroom with shower and two separate toilets. All bills are included in rent, as well as a cleaner. There is off street parking available too.

The house is approximately five minutes walk from Cannons Park Station (Jubilee Line to Canary Wharf) and approximately ten minutes walk to Edgware Station (Northern Line to the City or West End). This is ideally situated for professionals working in London. Local bus routes run past the house, with a terminus at Edgware Station. London Thameslink is a 10 minute busride away, with overground trains to West Hampstead, St Pancras, Kings Cross etc.  

Edgware shopping area is approximately a ten minute walk from the house featuring the Broadwalk Shopping centre (Sainsburys, Marks and Spencer, Boots etc.), all the major banks, (including Metro Bank which is open until 8pm during the week and all weekend), LA Fitness and a multitude of other shops and restaurants, including a 24-hour supermarket.

Slightly further afield, Watford Harlequin Centre is a twenty minute bus journey and features all the major stores.
