Landscaped garden which is south facing, modern kitchen with double doors out to the garden, wooden floors throughout downstairs. Two minutes from Turnpike Lane tube in a very quiet road. New restaurants and bars continually popping up in Green lanes. All you shopping needs the other direction at Wood Green. Good transport links to central London, bus five minutes to Crouch End. All bills are included apart from sharing the weekly cleaner which is £10 a week.

I'm 48 and work in Children's mental health. This is a chilled house, happy to chat, drink a glass of wine and eat together sometimes and also like my own space which I can have in my large ensuite room in the top of the house.
