Room in a Shared Flat, Pedley Street, E1

I have a room to rent in my 2 bed 1 bath flat in East London, just a few minutes walk from Brick Lane.

Whitechapel is the nearest tube, but it is also pretty close to Bethnal Green and Liverpool Street.

Location wise it would take a lot of beating - so many bars/pubs/shops/restaurants/ca           fes/markets all within walking distance!

The flat has a really large kitchen/living room which get's loads of natural light during the day but has a cosy atmosphere come the evening. There is also a decent sized balcony with table and chairs which is great whenthe weather is nicer.

The room in question is a decent sized double. Furniture wise there are brand new fitted wardrobes along one wall with tonnes of storage space (more than I ever had over the years in house shares in London), a king size bed and 2 x bedside tables. It is decorated to a very high standard as is the rest of the flat.

The flat has all the mod cons you would expect - wifi/washer/dryer/smart tv/lift etc etc.

I work in marketing (for drinks brands!) so tend to be working late/out at least a couple of nights a week but when I am around I am pretty sociable and always happy to have a glass of wine/coffee whilst checking out what Netflix has to offer!

I like to cook although more fun to cook when other people are enjoying the food too.

Price includes all bills (gas, water, electric, broadband, council tax, service charge) except weekly cleaner (£15/wk)
