Hi there,

we are offering our home for rent for a year from July to next July and beyond if you want to stay on. We love it and hopefully you will. Its in a great location close to everything you could want , coffee bars, walking to the city, restaurants etc and no big hills to climb! There are no upfront fees.

It was cleaned painted and updated last year and we will be doing it all again for new people! - its got a dishwasher, wifi available, two fridges, and a freezer, washing machine and oven/hob etc and a sunny decked back garden with bbq and outoor seating.. (PS we've just moved the garden around so the photo needs updating - I will post one as soon as it stops raining!)

The kitchen is small but perfectly formed - made by a special exhibition designer to hold everything you need and there's loads of cupboard storage.

The lounge is bright and spacious - great for meeting up and coffee time.

There are 4 double bedrooms and a a fifth study room or dressing room - up to you. Its basically five bedrooms for the price of four all fully furnished.. Our last tenants have been with us two years and are happy to give the low down on bills etc.

Combination boiler so hot water continually - and a shed for bikes etc if you like the outdoors.

We are a working professional couple but were also students in the city and understand what it's like to rent and issues you may have. Oh and we cn be flexible on deposits paid over time etc - things that can help reduce the cost impact
