There's also a shared bathroom with both bath and powerful shower (the combi boiler system means hot water is available all day and night) and a good sized kitchen with table, lots of storage, washing machine, gas hob/oven and full sized fridge freezer.It's a quiet, professional and a friendly household, the landlord lives on the top floor of the conversion and share the kitchen.

It is located 5 minutes from Streatham Hill train station which has direct trains into central to both Victoria in 20 mins (via Balham, Clapham Junction and Battersea park) and London Bridge as well as Croydon and Sutton going south.
Also from Streatham Hill Station every 3 minutes there are buses taking 15 minutes to Brixton (Zone 2) for the Victorian line, from there it's 12 mins to Oxford Circus Station.
Balham is a 20 minute walk or 11 minute bus ride from the door where the Northern line runs, there's also a large Sainsburys next to Balham Station which is very handy.
Tooting Bec Common is very close just 2 minutes walk away.


There is a shared garden and free roadside parking.
The neighbourhood is quiet and all amenities are close at hand with a local high street, supermarkets and independent cafes.
