The home is situated in a quiet friendly, safe neighborhood of trendy Walthamstow E17, with good transport links to central London and of course the Village . You will not be living in a house where all rooms are rented out, so no living on top of each other or feeling stuck in one room.
Everything is inclusive in the rent- see below for further details - so there are NO HIDDEN, EXTRA charges or FEES.

:Looking for a quiet but fun, female to share with 1 female asap
:The lady should not mind sitting and having a chin wag with me in the evenings/weekends (now and then), but does not want to be baby sat.-At times we like our own space and do not get too emotionally involved into their life.
:Must enjoy the sound of Bollywood. I'm partial to the odd Bollywood film now and then.
:I have lovely neighbors the road is a Cul-d-Sac so no through traffic, there is a cafe, launderette and newsagent all near by.
:Double Room has a desk in there.
:I keep my home clean- no not a fanatic so would like to share with someone who is clean, considerate and clutter free.
:The rent includes bed linen (can bring your own), toilet paper, cleaning products, dustbin bags, cooking utensils, crockery, all bills such as water, gas, electricity, internet ,TV license, water, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans - and of course the use of Washing machine.

: I take 1 month months rent in advance as deposit and will draw up a contract in regards to the room.
: 1 months notice.
: If you brake e. t. c anything within the house you will be responsible in to replacing it!
: If you decide to go away you still have pay rent - no allowances!

: If you want tv in your room cost will be extra - however you can always get your own freeview tv/box
: Friends allowed to stay but only a night - not a dos house!
