Once a week for 2hrs to thoroughly dust, wipe, polish, vacuum and mop all the communal areas in the house so that all the tenants can share a clean comfortable home at all times.

THERAPIA LANE TRAMLINK: 3 minutes walk from the house with links to Wimbledon mainline and underground in 20 mins appx.

BUS 264: outside the house with a bus every 10 minutes to Tooting Broadway appx 25 mins journey and to West and East Croydon stn appx 10 minutes journey

BUS 289: towards purley and Elmers end
Valley park Shopping complex Is approximately 15mins walk to all it food, fashion, Vue cinema and other various retail shops.
