The room for rent is one fantastic double sized bedroom. 

I am 30 and my current flat mate is 25 and we work in Sales & Marketing, we are looking for another female to join us.

We would like someone who would like to come and make this their London home, so no short term let’s for this properly.

Minimum age for this flat share is 23 and Maximum age 35.

The room is available from 15th January 2018 as my flat mate is sadly moving back to Ireland. 

The property has recently been renovated to a very high standard and would suit somebody who wants a nice place to come back to after a long hard days work!

There are two toilets in the flat too which is always handy.

The brand new room comes with:
Double bed with storage and mattress
Cupboards
Chest of drawers
Working table & chair
Bedside table

There is also a shared communal living space in the flat with free use of Netflix.

Rent includes all bills including a bi-weekly Cleaner.

The flat is only a 10 minutes' walk to White City (Central line) & Wood Lane (Hammersmith & City & Circle line) underground station...So very well connected to London! There is a bus stop just outside the flat which goes straight to Hammersmith in 10 minutes'.

Hammersmith hospital is also nearby.

In the area, there is a big Sainsburys within a 5 minutes' walk, as well as a local gym. Westfield is also only a 10 minutes walk where shopping, food & drinks can be found (I love Westfield!)

A little about me, I am extremely respectful of others around me, I will always stop to have a conversation and catch up with you and have a cheeky glass of wine some evenings in front of Netflix or whatever else is on tv! :)

I like my own company too as I can be very busy with work and I do feel it's important to have this time to yourself.
I like a good social but this isn't a 'party flat' as such. Just a nice chilled out place you can also hopefully call home!..

I'm clean & tidy so it's important for me to find someone who is similar and also likes a clean and tidy place to live :).
