Room in a Shared Flat, Adriatic Apartments, E16

Please read carefully. I am looking for someone (ideally a woman but can be a young student guy too) to rent a double mattress in my living room. Not a room. Just a mattress on the floor - student style living.

This is a very expensive area, very modern, right next to the Royal Victoria DLR stop (1 stop to Jubilee line) and the water, and right next to a supermarket that is open until 11pm. My flat also has a free gym access. (No parking, no balcony, no en-suite.)

I also give you duvet and pillows. Internet is already included in the price. Also there is a new washing machine and dishwasher.No guests and no smoking are allowed in the flat!

There is 1 bedroom and 1 living room, so this means that I am staying in the bedroom. You will be in the living room which is ok size, with a sofa, TV, large table and i have my double mattress on the floor. The kitchen comes from the living room.

There is one nice big modern bathroom (toilet is in the bathroom) that we will share. It is essential that you keep the bathroom and toilet and kitchen clean at all times... We will clean in a rota, one week one of us and the next week the other.

I am looking for someone who is mature and 'calm' as this is not a party flat. I sometimes work from home for weeks, sometimes work in an office for weeks so it changes.

There is no admin fee, as I am the landlord! No bills (already calculated in the 650). Nothing extra to pay, just 650 deposit and also 35 pounds security for the key (which I paid 35 pounds because the keys are special security keys, i give this back to you when you leave).
