Room in a Shared House, Claremont Road, NW2

This is a room in a newly refurbished shared house.  The common areas include the kitchen and dining area which are bright and clean with luxury fittings. The house is 5 mins away from Brent Cross. There is a bus stop right outside the house with services running every 10 mins into Central London (Oxford street via Baker street). Cricklewood station is 15 mins walk away from where you can be in Kings Cross in under 15 mins. Brent Cross underground station is also 15 mins walk away which is on the Northern Line. The rent is inclusive of all bills including Wifi. 

You will have a room on the 1st floor of the house. The room next to you is and the person you will be sharing a bathroom with is a single female.

Please note we normally have Airbnb guests on the ground floor or loft, never more than 2-3 guests at any one time, with periods of no guests in between. The loft is a self contained studio flat with its own kitchen and bathroom so anyone staying here you won't see much of, so you will only be sharing the kitchen and dining room on the ground floor  with other guests in the house.

As the landlord I spend much of my time at the house and will often sleep over in my own room on the ground floor, and generally keep everything on the ground floor clean and tidy,  when I am not sleeping at the property I am always very close by to deal with any issues.
