Hello! My name is Kimmi. I am renting a high standard luxurious accommodation, which is very convenience with lots of amenities inside of building. 
Area: This place is perfect place for staying for both student or worker for sure. Just few mins from Victoria, Westminster and Pimlico Tube Station, very east to link to most part of London by both tube and bus. Moreover If you walk along the Thames River, Big Ben, London Eye and most of the famous place coming up in few mins. St. James park, Buckingham Palace, Trafalga square and Piccadilly circus are also very close, all in 10-20mins by walk. 
To Accommodation : My place is luxurious apartment with beautiful garden inside of apartment. The room is very bright and extra big with fully furnished all brand new furniture include sofa and dining table.Kitcnen and bathroom are also just refurbishment with Rain shower head and fully fitted new kitchen appliances. Gym, Cafe , shops and restaurant you can easily find inside of complex building. There are 2 side windows, pretty bright and pleasant. you will like it.
Building is also very secure, 24 hrs security service is provided. and also porter service is provided.Everything is ready to be use. Look forward to seeing you in London :)
Flatmate :we are 2 ladies, very tidy and quiet. our Home is very clean and almost brand new(a year ago did renovation)Both of us keep looking after home to be clean. New flatmate will be expected same thing.we are very considerate and respect someone else's private.
Price:the bigger double room is 250/pw and a middle size of double room is 230/pw. All bills are included except cleaning fee and TV licence.Cleaning fee are separated by 3 person. it is between 18-30 appx. per month. (depends on the condition how open we need to call them, once a 2 weeks are 18 pounds, every week are 30 pounds.)
