Room in a Shared House, Brailsford Road, M14

Hello! I am letting out a room from January-June. The house has three boy and two girls (aside from me) who are all really friendly and relaxed. They are predominantly students at the University of Manchester. It is conveniently located in Fallowfield, 5 minutes from Sainsburys and two bus stops to get into town.

It costs £115 a week which includes all bills (really fast wifi!) and a cleaner who cleans the house once a week! It looks empty in the photos as they were taken between tenants but in reality it has everything you need. Microwave, oven, toastie makers, slow cooker, projector and TV, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher  and much more all included. There are two bathrooms each with showers. There is also potential for choice between two bedrooms.

The house gets work done on it every year (re-painted etc.) so it is in great condition. The landlady is super helpful, lives locally and only owns one other property. Some possessions may be available with the room such as a bicycle. Just to be clear the room is not as empty as in the pictures, it has been made very homely. Overall its a fantastic option with maximum convenience.
