Room in a Shared Flat, Essendine Road, W9

Spacious double bedroom available from early February (negotiable, if you need to move in Jan, that is fine) in Maida Vale- the room itself is larger than the picture presents with very very generous floor to ceiling built in wardrobes down one wall. Additionally, the room is very private - no one can see into your window which is rare for London! It really is much more impressive than the photos so please come see in person.

The flat has 2 bathrooms between 3 people so there’s never been an issue with fighting for the shower!

There is an additional communal room (which admittedly is currently used for bike storage!) at the back which the girls are planning to make into a living area. Also- the sofa in here is a double sofa bed so it’s handy if you’ve got friends visiting from time to time!

The kitchen comes with all the usual kitchen stuff you need.

The two other girls are both doctors - sociable and easy going. We like to occasionally go out for a house meal now and then. Hopefully there will be movie nights soon once we get round to properly setting up the living room!

There’s cheap residents only permit parking on the street.

In terms of location, this is A GREAT LOCATION. You have loads of buses on your doorstep. Additionally there’s Maida Vale tube station which is Bakerloo line - takes you to Paddington in 5 min and straight into Piccadilly Circus in under 20mins. Or Westbourne Park station which is on the Circle and the Hammersmith and City lines.

Paddington Park is right down the end of the street 3 mins away - lovely park for a run or to play tennis or there’s also a gym there which is newly renovated and cheap.

There are some very nice restaurants and pubs nearby as well.

In terms of move in date, if you need to move in earlier, this can be discussed and should be ok.

Unfortunately no smoking allowed in the flat and the current girls are non smokers.
No pets allowed either- landlord’s rules.
