The room includes a Ottoman double bed (with a luxury memory foam mattress), bedside table, desk, extra storage room and a double wardrobe. It is a compact size room with lots of storage which is ideal if you have lots to hang up. While it is an ex-council house, it only looks onto nice period buildings and the view of Kings Cross on the 4th floor is amazing in the West facing bedroom!
About the contract:
The room is available now. Rent for the room is £860 per month which includes heating but is excluding other bills (approx £60pcm). The deposit is 1.5 months so £1290, apart from that there are no fees. It is a standard 12 month contract after which you can give a months notice to move out. Included in the price are the heating bills so no expensive gas bills!
About the housemates:
Current house mates work at a European Embassy (late 20s) and sales (early 30s) during the week and are pretty chilled and value much needed rest after a long day at work, while both enjoy exploring London. Both also enjoy travelling and love to get away as much as possible!
