The flat has one bathroom (a separate shower and bath), a pretty snazzy open plan kitchen and also has a large Garden which is currently being done up (BBQ's galore when sun rears its head!!).
Transport links:
Pretty epic if I say so myself. There is a bus stop literally outside our door. 55, 48 and 56. These buses go to Hackney and central London, and are regular and very quick. (58 and 158 around the corner too). Lea Bridge station is a 5 min walk away and gets you to Stratford in 5 minutes. Walthamstow tube station (Victoria Line) is a 15ish minute walk away or a 5-minute bus ride.
AREA:
Chilled out and very safe, plus a brand new MASSIVE Aldi supermarket literally a 1minutee walk from our doorstep.
Two other housemates work in the arts and fashion. Busy schedules so we sometimes go days without seeing each other, but uber friendly and respectful of space.
MONEY:
- £477 monthly rent
- Something you don't hear often, but we've paid off Council Tax and Water till March 2018!
This means before March you'll pay an additional £30 per month (if that) for bills, and then after March about £60 on top for bills (give or take.)
One month's deposit + one months rent upon moving in. (No couples i'm afraid!).
