The flat is painted all white, it has windows in every room making it light and airy.
It is large by London standards for a flat.
The flat is versatile, it can be easily changed around to suit your needs/the number of people.
There is an internal set of stairs, with some space to store hoover etc at the bottom of the stairs.
On the right hand side is a large bedroom, currently fitting a double bed. Huge wardrobe, two sets of chest of drawers and a sofa bed.
There is then a landing/lobby, where you could put a table/storage space. You then come into the living room, this is where you can get creative with the space - I have it currently set up with a large divider, separating a ‘living room’ and a ‘bedroom’ which I use when guests come. It gives them there own space. That currently has a double bed and a hanging rail. The living room side has a sofa.
Walking around the corner you have a separate kitchen-good size with huge fridge freezer. Sink, decent cupboard space, oven/cooker (electric) and washing machine. There is then a separate toilet (with door), big with sink, toilet shower and bath!
The windows are good/fine but actually due to be replaced in 2018, meaning the flat will be even more insulated (saving more money on bills).
Area:
If you don’t know brixton you should. It’s the cool area everyone wants to stay, with house and rental prices going up and up each year (where mine hasn’t remained the same!) it has everything you need in order not to leave Brixton if you don’t want to. Just 30 sec away on the main high steeet you have - m&s food(and clothes), H&M, jd, new look, tk max, Nando’s, Iceland, Holland and Barrett, tesco, department store, Off licence, Sainsbury’s, Greggs and many more! You have the famous David Bowie memorial. Brixton village and pop have some of the best food places. Fresh markets. Bars, restaurants, kids clubs. The kids and brockwell Park are less than 10 mins away. It really is it’s own little city!
Rent:
Rent is £1300 pcm, a bargain for the size of the flat and the location. This is for 1 or 2, if you want more. Please let me know.

Council tax - single occupancy is around £98
There is no gas, just electricity (bear in mind, you would normally pay for both) is about £40 pcm. Although don’t feel like I was getting the cheapest so worth checking around)

Other than bills you choose (eg wifi, I pay £20 for sky tv and broadband) there are no other costs.
The communal lobby is cleaned evey two weeks at no extra cost.
