We have two rooms available in this professional houseshare. We are looking for a tidy and friendly housemate to make this house a home.

3 minute walk to Charlton station with direct links into many London mainline stations. It is also an 8 mins walk from Greenwich Shopping Park with access to stores including H&M, New Look, River Island & JD Sports. There are also many eateries, cafes, gyms and a cinema all walking distance.
THE HOUSE
The entrance hallway opens out onto a shared living room with flatscreen TV and kitchen kitted out with all your amenities. The kitchen opens out onto a rear garden perfect in warmer months. There is a large shared bathroom with bath and walk in shower plus a separate downstairs WC.

Each room comes fully furnished. The rent is inclusive of all bills (council tax, water, gas and electric), high speed WIFI and we also provide a cleaner to clean all communal areas every 2 weeks.
