THE ENVIROMENT

1-As stated above this is really a House Share, and as such you will be expected to exercise care whilst utilising any of the facilities provided in the House

2-We endeavor to make the environment pleasant and relaxing to live in and as such you will be expected to undertake cleaning chores to maintain that environment. It is estimated if you carry out your chores diligently they will take you roughtly 10-15 minutes per day and that is a bit on the high side

3-The monthly rent Includes general Household items. You will not need to buy items such as Cleaning Products and Laundry Products as there are bought in bulk and are included in the monthly bills. It is avery cost effective way of purchase and is designed to save everyone money, time and convenience

4-There is a Live in Male Landlord, and one other male sharing the premises.

5-The House has pretty much every conceivable mod con and a few extra including free Broadband, Shared Printer, Fax and Photocopier.

6-The emphasis in the House is "Share" as this helps maintain a friendly relaxed and chilled environment. It is not a "Hostel"based environment.
