Moving dates:
my husband and I are leaving the flat after 3 fantastic years here (previous tenant stayed 5 so this can tell you a lot about the quality of the flat). We will be moving out week of 20th November but the agency in charge of the flat will be looking to clean,and change few things so it is 100% perfect for new tenants entering the property. Moving date around 8th December but can be discussed with agency.

The agents are REALLY professional, every time we've had a problem or something to be fixed they've sent someone straight away. Currently paying £1,300 but as rent has not gone up in a while they're looking to rent it around £1,400 (to be discussed and agreed with agency and landlord).
