The flat consists of 2 bedrooms, a decent sized bathroom with a bath/shower and toilet, a big living room with dining table and a kitchen with plenty of storage. The flat is spacious, clean, white-walled, high ceilings and carpeted throughout. It feels very homely. There is also a gated area around the back with a communal garden and a locked bike store plus off street parking. The flat is also privately managed by the landlord (and she's ace!), so there is no property management companies to deal with!

The flat is on the second floor of a quiet and charming block of 20 or so flats, located half way up Kings Avenue. All of the other flats are occupied by either young professionals or couples and they are very respectful. The flat is only 15 minutes walk from Clapham North and Common tube stations and Clapham High Street overground and just 20 minutes from Brixton. There are also bus stops within a few seconds of the flat, with routes to central London via the 137 and also the 417 and 355.

About me, I’m Ed, a 29 year old software engineer who works in central London and I love the outdoors! I’m usually around most week nights, less so at the weekend. I’m also not too persistent on tidiness, all I ask is that you chip in with the house chores and goods every so often.
