I am looking for one housemate to share a big house located next to the northern tip of Peckham Rye. This is a spacious 3 bedroomed house to be shared between two people only. The house is a 10 min walk from Peckham Rye Station and is served by excellent bus connections just around the corner, including direct buses to Liverpool St., King’s Cross, Shoreditch, Oxford Circus and Surrey Quays, among other destinations.

Living room, dining room, balcony to garden, kitchen, shower/spa bathtub, garden. Utility bills, broadband, Virgin Media, are all included in the rent.

The house is very quiet and comfortable. The area is very green and sociable with parks, bars, restaurants, street markets, convenience stores and amenities aplenty.

Concerning myself, I am a lecturer in music and film and work full time, spending most of my time away at work. I am very easy going and would love to welcome a likeminded person into this house. Professionals and full-time workers preferred, though I am not that strict and I am pretty negotiable.
