The Room:
Newly renovated en suite double room available in London, in a fully refurbished home.
The double en suite bedroom can come furnished or unfurnished: currently includes a new small double bed, mattress, double wardrobe, table and chair. You can move the furniture around to your own liking.

Location:
Extremely close to a tube station (central line, 24h station) - only 5 minute walk to/from the house. The tube station has step-free access, this means there is an elevator/lift for you to use at the tube station if you have heavy luggage etc. There are also bus routes into other areas and easily commutable into central London (including night buses).

The property:
There is a new, fully fitted kitchen which includes new washing machine, microwave, new oven, kettle etc. There is also a large separate lounge area with new furniture throughout. All rooms are refurbished.

There is also a lovely well looked after rear garden, with a brand new lawn and shed for extra storage.

The area:
If you enjoy the outdoors, there is a large green open space country park (see map) less than one minute walk away with many accessible pathways and natural routes, ideal for those of you who enjoy a walk or run or getting closer to wildlife. A leisure facility and golf course is also available. Outdoor facilities include windsurfing and a sailing lake and angling. Additionally, there is also a High Ropes and Climbing facility.
