Room in a Shared Flat, Chicele Road, NW2

Hi, I am looking for someone responsible, clean and professional for my flat for a few months.

I am away for work mostly, for eg 3 weeks in a row and only occasionally visit the flat for a week. So essentially the new flatmate will have the entire place to themselves for most of the time (except my bedroom which will remain locked). That's why the rent has been kept low. The place is not huge but is great for two persons sharing.

**Note, only one bedroom will be available and there is only one bathroom. Preference is for one person rather than couples.

RENT:
Per Month - £910/month (inclusive of all bills of council Tax, broadband, TV licence, electricity). Deposit of ~6 weeks is required.
No Max Term. Break is 6 months as long as the relationship is going well. Min Term is 3 months. Minimum Notice to leave would be 6 weeks please.
Flat is available 28th October, 2017

THE FLAT: It's a lovely, bright, cosy 2-bedroom flat on the top floor of a Victorian House, recently renovated and decorated.
- 2nd floor walk-up, the stairs are quite easy
- Bathroom, Living Room (dining / breakfast table), TV and fully equipped Kitchen all available to share.
- Windows in every room of the house.
- Washing machine in the flat with dryer stand.
- Fire safety compliant (extinguisher + blanket)
- PARKING: Shared parking in the flat (1st come 1st serve basis). Plenty of on-street parking available nearby

BEDROOM: You'll have your own private:
- large room with double bed, tall dresser, plenty of built-in cupboard space & mirrors.
- Bedding (including sheets, duvet, pillows) are provided, no problem.
- Not good for large storage needs, but there is room above cupboards for boxes / suitcases.

THE AREA: It's nice... quiet, residential and very green.
- 5 min walk to Willesden Green tube station / Jubilee line - Zones 1 / 2 fare.
- 5 mins to Finchley Road station
- 12 mins to Bond Street station.
- Buses right outside flat for those cold wintery mornings.
- Free parking on the street (and on site on a first come, first serve basis)
- There's a Sainsbury near the tube station and a 24-HR grocery store as well. Pharmacies, Banks, pubs and lots of eating places on Walm Lane down the street.
- Park Gladstone park is walking distance, so is the hussle & bussle of West Hampstead / Fortune Green road.

HOUSE RULES: Preference is for someone responsible and professional who will treat this home as their own. Landlady (i. e. myself) will be travelling a lot for work. All bills are included.
- No smoking / No Pets allowed
- NO COUPLES. Ideal for one person due to limited storage space. However, occasional overnight guests allowed with advance notice / extra charge.

ABOUT ME: Single, female, 36, work in Finance.
- I'm pretty chilled out and friendly. I travel a lot for work and I speak German.
- Originally from Pakistan but was living in New York before coming to London 6 years ago.
