I am a 24 yo professional working in the city looking for a female flat mate to share my flat. It is a 2 bed 2 bathroom flat with an open plan kitchen/living/dining room.

Newly refurbished with a brand new fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms, wooden flooring throughout and completely furnished.

The building is along the Thames path, on the 10th floor with a balcony and offers panoramic views of London and river views. There is a concierge located on the ground floor, a secure underground parking space, and bike storage.

Woolwich arsenal station is a 10-15 minute walk (depends how fast you are at walking!) and the cross rail coming at the end if 2018, and it is on the borders of the royal arsenal riverside development.

The water is included in the rent as is the service charge, internet is 15 a month currently until July 2018 (now TV fibre broadband and now tv box with sky entertainment) gas and electricity is £13.50 a month. Council tax is 50 pounds a month.

Available from 5 December but am flexible.
