Would like to have an easygoing, clean, friendly flat sharer.

2 rooms on the first floor (now one single room taken by one male friend) and there are 3 rooms on the second floor (one couple and one single female flatmates).

The furnished room is nice, warm and bright. Double bed with brand new mattress.
In the room there is a brand new mini fridge also for own usage.

The house has full gas central heating, washing machine, well equipped kitchen, 2 toilets and one bathroom.

All bills are included in the price of £140/week for single person or £150/week for couple.

Smoking only outside.

The flat is situated near excellent transport links to Penge East, Penge West or Kent House Stations 15 mins into central London. Bus stop is in front of the flat. Also near the Tram with links to Croydon and Wimbledon.
Shops are in 2 minutes walking distance (Iceland, Lidl, Sainsbury’s, Poundland, Wilkinson, Peacock, Boots).

There are 2 external CCTVs in the main entrance, video and control panel is placed in the kitchen.
There is a possibility to park with motorbike (CCTV is pointing to that area). Free car park and a small garage for bicycles or storing one stuff.
