I have 1 furnished spacious single bedroom available in a semi detached house in Greenford. The bedroom and the whole property was refurbished less than 2 years ago and is still in good condition. The bedroom is furnished with a built in storage area, single bed and chest of drawers.

Please consider that the photos below were taken before we bought furniture but the property is currently let as furnished. The kitchen includes microwave, cutlery, crockery etc.

The house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, only a few minutes walk to the nearest bus stop towards Greenford or Hayes.

The house consists of; 4 bedrooms - 1 large double, 2 standard doubles and 1 single, 1 kitchen, 1 communal dining area, 1 toilet, 1 bathroom suite, and 1 utility room.

I normally hold group viewings but I am happy to meet individually if the group time is unsuitable. I am looking for clean, tidy and responsible tenants so I look forward to hearing from you.
