The flat has one bathroom (a separate shower and bath), a pretty snazzy open plan kitchen/living room and also has a large Garden which is currently being done up (BBQ's galore when sun rears its head!!).
Transport links:
Pretty epic if I say so myself. There is a bus stop literally outside our door. 55, 48 and 56. These buses go to Hackney and central London, and are regular and very quick. (58 and 158 around the corner too). Lea Bridge station is a 5 min walk away and gets you to Stratford in 5 minutes. Walthamstow tube station is a 15ish minute walk away or a 5-minute bus ride.
Two other housemates work in the arts and fashion. Busy schedules, but uber friendly and respectful of space.
MONEY:
- £487 monthly rent
- £38 council tax
- Other bills are paid quarterly and work out at about £20 per month (Cheapest bills I've ever paid).
-Total is about £550 PCM (give or take) However we're currently in the process of finding cheaper internet which will bring the monthly rent down!
