We are going traveling for 4 months and so are looking for 2-3 responsible, friendly and tidy people to rent our bright, light and airy flat in the heart of West Norwood. 

We ideally require tenants to stay for the full 4 months but can be a little bit flexible, so if in doubt get in touch.

The price does not include bills (gas, electricity, internet, water, council tax). However, it would likely work out easier for both of us to come to a sensible agreement on a set fee to avoid the hassle of switching everything given the time frame.

Transport links are fantastic. West Norwood train station is a two minute walk away with direct trains to London Victoria and London Bridge. Tulse Hill train station is a ten minute walk away with direct trains to Blackfriars, Farringdon and Kings Cross. There are constant buses to Brixton (2, 432, 196, N2) to connect with the Victoria line. There is secure indoor parking for bicycles in the common areas.
