We are going traveling for 4 months and so are looking for 2-3 responsible, friendly and tidy people to rent our bright, light and airy flat in the heart of West Norwood. 

We ideally require tenants to stay for the full 4 months but can be a little bit flexible, so if in doubt get in touch.

The price does not include bills (gas, electricity, internet, water, council tax). However, it would likely work out easier for both of us to come to a sensible agreement on a set fee to avoid the hassle of switching everything given the time frame.

Our flat is a recent conversion in the historic Printworks in West Norwood. Nestled on a quiet mews street, but minutes from the high street, it is a bright warehouse style space with large double-glazed windows.  Finished to a high spec with a contemporary decor throughout, the flat includes a large open-plan living space, two double bedrooms, hallway and a bathroom. There are wooden floors throughout.

The main living space is great for dinner parties and includes:

- A fully equipped kitchen including oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, fridge and freezer
- Stylish industrial-style dining table and benches to seat up to 10
- A comfortable living space with two quality, comfortable sofas and coffee table
- Huge windows, including two skylight Velux windows that let in lots of light throughout the day

The master double bedroom includes:
- King-sized bed
- Four-door built-in wardrobe
- Chest of drawers.

The second double bedroom includes:
- King-sized bed with under-bed storage
- Chest of drawers
- Desk and office chair.

The bathroom includes:
- Very high quality fittings
- Bath and double-headed power shower
- Large utility cupboard housing the washing machine and cleaning utensils.

West Norwood is a fantastic area with excellent pubs, restaurants, supermarkets and local shops and a monthly community market, the West Norwood Feast. A new Picturehouse cinema and library will be opening in November.

Transport links are fantastic. West Norwood train station is a two minute walk away with direct trains to London Victoria and London Bridge. Tulse Hill train station is a ten minute walk away with direct trains to Blackfriars, Farringdon and Kings Cross. There are constant buses to Brixton (2, 432, 196, N2) to connect with the Victoria line. There is secure indoor parking for bicycles in the common areas.
